Core offerings include personalized rehabilitation programs tailored to the needs of athletes, manual therapy techniques such as massage and joint mobilization, and use of taping, dry needling and sports massage to reduce pain and inflammation. Additionally, we provide biomechanical assessments to identify movement patterns that could lead to injury, create strength and conditioning programs to improve performance, and educate athletes on proper techniques and approaches to prevent injuries. We also specialise in pre season sports specific screening to suggest training and rehabilitation strategies.
